Hi there, the item hasn’t arrived yet, am I right, you are using Yodel as your delivery company? I’ve had a few missed deliveries for items, not sure what they are as I have a few items coming.

Sorry for your experience. I can see that they tried to deliver within the expected time frame, but for some reason couldn't just pop it through your letterbox. We normally only use Yodel for larger items. Usually this type of item would be sent by Royal Mail. Sorry we messed it up for you.
