Storage is always one of the biggest challenges for campervan owners. The real beauty of a Kiravans DoorStore is that it fits straight into the redundant sliding door cavities. Simply remove the factory fitted hardboard panel, pop in your DoorStore, fixing into place with the supplied fixing clips and you will gain loads more storage in a matter of minutes!
Normally, the doors are simply covered in a piece of carpeted board - which just leaves you with a large flat piece of carpet to stare at, thinking to yourself every evening... 'There must be something better I could do with that space' - well now there is :-)
Notes on fitting
It's important that once fitted, you check thoroughly that there is no contact between the DoorStore and your van's rear panel when door is slid open. Do not overload the storage pockets as contents may contact the van when door is opened.
For certain T5/T6/T6.1 vans, you might have to bend down the 3 tabs to ensure they don't interfere with your DoorStore installation. This is a straightforward process and is explained in our installation guide.

Compatibility
- Not compatible with electric doors
- Not compatible with VW T6.1
- Not compatible with wheel arch extenders or vans with plastic cladding (eg. the T5 shuttle)
- Not compatible with vans with a door release cable routed through the hole in the middle void (see Door Store video)

Kiravans VW T5/T6 Rear DoorStore
We all know how precious the space inside a T5 or T6 campervan is, so we came up with an innovative design to make use of the empty voids inside your campervans rear doors. Our sliding door versions have proved extremely popular and so it only made sense to design something for the rear doors to go alongside them!
Great for toys, snacks, head torches, drinks - whatever your style is, the Kiravans Rear DoorStore is great for quick access, freeing up a little more space in your cupboards and helping to keep your van tidy!
The Kiravans Rear DoorStore includes 2 pieces. The pocket side (right-hand side of the van) makes use of the voids in the door to create three useful storage pockets and the handle side (left-hand side) is simply a flat sheet with the handle hole cut out so that you can have a uniform finish on both doors. (Unfortunately, there is no useful storage space in this door).
One of our simplest products to fit, the DoorStore simply attaches using the supplied panel poppers and you're good to go. We also have a helpful video below to show you exactly how it's done.
